Keith Beverly, CFP®, CFA

Keith is the Chief Investment Officer for Re-Envision Wealth, formerly known as GRID 202 Partners, one of the few Black-owned, independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firms. With over 15 years of investment management and financial planning experience, Keith’s responsibilities range from building customized investment portfolios for private clients to transitioning institutional
clients to 100% mission alignment. Under his direction, the firm has developed an expertise in identifying private market investments that deliver attractive financial returns while achieving positive social impact.

A Washington, D.C. native, Keith is passionate about financial education, particularly in underestimated communities. He has delivered numerous seminars and workshops to groups ranging from elementary school students to the investment committees of large foundations.

Keith graduated from Carnegie Mellon's Tepper School of Business with University and College Honors and obtained his M.B.A. from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he was a Dean's Fellow. He sits on the board of North Carolina A&T’s Department of Family and Consumer Services, one of four CFP® Board-registered programs at a historically black college. He is also one of few African American advisors in the United States who holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designations, two of the most respected credentials for investment management and financial planning, respectively

Will Gholston, CFA®, CFP®

With over 20 years of investment management and financial planning experience, Will’s responsibilities include asset allocation, investment manager due diligence, and portfolio construction.

Prior to joining Re-Envision Wealth, Will spearheaded management of global, multi-asset class investment strategies for more than $50 billion AUM across two large financial institutions over a period spanning two decades. His experience includes managing the $4 billion pension plan for one of the 10 largest financial institutions in the U.S. and co-managing three asset allocation mutual funds employing multi-manager implementations across the risk spectrum. Over this time, he developed an expertise in quantitatively oriented investment strategies, applying various statistical learning techniques to asset allocation and portfolio construction for institutional and high net worth clients.

Will graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He is one of few African American advisors in the United States who holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) designations, two of the most respected credentials for investment management and financial planning, respectively.

KISHA WARD, CPA, CFP®

Kisha N. Ward is the Director of Tax Planning at Re-Envision Wealth in the Washington, D.C. office. Kisha’s experience is focused in providing comprehensive income, estate, and gift tax planning services to high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses, with a special interest in the effective transfer of wealth to future generations. She has wide-ranging experience with both tax planning and compliance engagements for individuals, trusts, estates, limited liability companies, and private foundations. Prior to joining Re-Envision Wealth, Kisha worked in the private client service practices at a Big Four and top 5 accounting firms. She also has experience working directly for a single-family office as the Director of Finance responsible for all tax and financial planning matters for a multi-generational family. In her more than 20 years of experience, she also has experience with corporate financial reporting for publishing, advertising, and real estate.

Kisha, a native Washingtonian, earned her B.S. in Accounting from Bennett College, Executive Certificate in Financial Planning from Georgetown University, Accredited Estate Planning designation coursework from The American College, and completed training hours at Goal Imagery® Institute, International School of Coaching Mastery™. Kisha is a Certified Public Accountant with the Personal Financial Specialist designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, and a Certified Holistic Life, Career & Executive Coach. She is a member of the Washington, D.C. Estate Planning Council and was named a top Washington, D.C. area tax advisor in the January 2021 and 2022 editions of the Washingtonian magazine. Kisha also serves on the board and is Audit Committee Chair for Bright Beginnings, Inc., a nonprofit that takes a two-generation approach to promote the long-term development and success of children and families experiencing homelessness and housing instability in Washington, D.C.

CINDY MOTA, CFP®

Cindy Mota, CFP® is the Associate Financial Planner at Re-Envision Wealth. She works closely with Anna and Keith in creating and implementing meaningful financial planning strategies for our clients.

Cindy is passionate about financial literacy and bringing peace of mind when it comes to our clients' financial lives. She has over 10 years of financial planning experience working with high-net-worth clients in many areas of financial planning. Prior to joining Re-Envision Wealth, Cindy worked for a few wealth management firms as an Associate Advisor and as a High Net Worth Brokerage Service Specialist at a large investment firm.

She earned her B.S. in Financial Planning from William Paterson University and holds a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM (CFP®) designation. When she is not delivering exceptional service to our clients, you can find her exploring new restaurants and devouring any mindset-related content she can find.

Originally from the Dominican Republic, she currently lives in northern New Jersey with her husband, two cats, and over 100 houseplants.

Shelly serves as the Client Service Associate for Re-Envision Wealth. As our Client Service Associate, Shelly is dedicated to providing high quality support to all clients and members of the Re-Envision Wealth team. She shares warmth and thoroughness in all her communications and will happily connect you to essential information and resources.

She is passionate about diligently and thoughtfully empowering others to achieve their goals and the best possible outcomes.
