Re-Envision Wealth Impact

Work With Us

As a firm rooted in addressing the systemic challenges people of color face, the lion’s share of our work – thought leadership, manager sourcing and due diligence, talent recruitment and retention, and even supplier decisions – is influenced by our commitment to a more equitable and inclusive society for communities of color.

We recognize that there are many issues working together in our industry to take us away from where we should be. Our goal at Re-Envision Wealth is to make progress on each front in order to move in the right direction.

Black and Latinx households often receive the financial services industry’s scraps. Investors looking for investments that address racial inequity are dismissed. Not with us. We aim to go above and beyond for our clients with proactive recommendations, comprehensive service, and data-driven investments that further racial equity.

The Diverse Asset Management Project Firm Assessment found, to put it mildly, “women and minorities were dramatically underrepresented in mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity (PE), and real estate.” Numerous other studies bear this out. Unfortunately this is true despite studies that show diverse-owned and managed firms perform at least as well as white-owned ones.1 Our goal is to seek out and support these underrepresented managers. First-mover advantage anyone?

We recognize our great fortune as a group to have gained the financial knowledge we have. Our goal is to positively impact financial literacy in our communities by hosting workshops and seminars for local schools and nonprofit organizations. List out some organizations here.

Black and Latinx individuals currently make up insert statistic of all CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER certificants. We are grossly underrepresented in the financial services business, which also usually means we work in toxic work environments with no one who looks like or comes from a similar background as us. Our goal is to grow Re-Envision Wealth to be a household name, give our employees a place where they can learn and grow in their professional field while bringing their full selves to work.
